Principal Consultant

Frank leads the company’s strategy, organization and operations, and serves as a member of the board of directors.  With over 15 years of experience in IT and multiple patents pending, Quatro collaborates with clients to create and commercialize intellectual property to sustain competitive advantages, grow market share and enter new markets. To ensure customer satisfaction, product quality and market value, Frank encourages an agile process with a focus on software scalability, ease of use, and performance.

Mr. Quatro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin – The Red McCombs School of Business.  Quatro also serves as an advisor to businesses and startups throughout the U.S.
